Anglian Water’s charging points can be used by visitors and staff, as well as its fleet.

The network comprises SecuriCharge, AutoCharge and Quantum EV units, managed via Rolec EV’s scalable management system, EV Charge Online. This means Anglian Water has been able to set pay-as-you-go tariffs with different rates for staff and visitors, or for its own fleet vehicles to be charged for free.

Anglian Water’s Head of Fleet Services, Stewart Lightbody, said: “We can now provide our fleet, and staff, with an affordable electric vehicle charging point to keep emissions as low as we possibly can. As a business, we’re committed to reducing our carbon emissions and this is another fantastic example.”

Rolec EV’s Business Development Manager, Frankie Mellon, added: “The EV charging points Anglian Water chose to install all feature our EV Charge Online management system, which is able to provide the ideal bespoke solution in order to meet all of the project’s requirements.”
