The move brings the total network to more than 55,000 charge points.

Hubject, a Berlin-based joint venture founded in 2012 by BMW, Bosch, Daimler, EnBW, innogy and Siemens and invested in last year by VW, already operates in 24 countries throughout Europe, Asia and Oceania.

The new partnership will enable customers from all emobility service providers in the intercharge network to use the HT charging stations in Croatia, which can be accessed via a number of charging apps and RFID cards.

The move enables drivers to drive from Germany, Italy, across Austria to Croatia and brings the total network to more than 55,000 charge points.
