Tesla launches web-based trip planning tool
Tesla’s in-car trip planning tool is now available online, enabling drivers to gain detailed journey information including charging times en route without needing to be in the vehicle.
Tesla’s online trip planning tool
Previously only available to Tesla owners via the in-car navigation system, the tool enables drivers across the globe to plot a route and find locations in Tesla’s Supercharger and Destination Charger network along the way, including charging times and the full estimated journey time as well as estimated fuel cost savings for the trip.
The trip planning tool has been added as part of a number of Tesla website updates related to vehicle charging, and is intended to showcase the benefits of Tesla Ownership.
