By / 13 years ago / International News / No Comments

Leviton will develop and sell charging points to consumers and also to Toyota’s network of dealers in North America, based on its existing Evr-Green product portfolio.

Rick LoFaso, Toyota’s corporate manager, marketing for passenger cars, said: ‘Through our relationship with Leviton, customers will have access to a full service EVSE provider that supplies a high level of customer service along with products that integrate easily into their homes and complement Toyota’s plug-in hybrid and electric vehicle offerings.’

By the end of next year, Toyota will have three plug-in models on sale. The RAV4 EV and Scion iQ EV (based on the Toyota iQ) will be sold in North America, while the Prius Plug-In will be available globally.
