Toyota hybrids drive efficiency for West Mids heating specialist

Acquired through Toyota Financial Services, the fleet comprises Prius and Auris Touring Sports models which will be used by the company’s engineers. The initiative is led by managing director, Stuart Smith, and is aimed at improving its environmental credentials for contract negotiations, as well as cutting running costs and carbon emissions.

‘As a green company specialising in low carbon heating solutions for our customers, we have turned our attention to the performance of our vehicle fleet,’ he said. ‘Up to now we have mainly used diesel vehicles, but with new concerns and regulations regarding NOx and the proven energy-saving qualities of Toyota hybrids, we are committing our business to building an all-hybrid fleet.’
