We collect information about you when you register to receive our newsletter(s), subscribe to our magazine(s), contact us via the website or if you place an online comment on any of our website’s pages and posts. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback or participate in competitions.

2. How will we use the information about you?

We primarily collect information about you to communicate with or reply to you.

For newsletters: If you choose to opt in, we will use your information to email you our newsletters and we use a third-party company called Adestra to manage and store your personal data. Adestra’s privacy policy can be seen here.

For magazine subscriptions: Fleet World and International Fleet World magazine subscription data is stored and handled by a third-party company called Beeline. You can view Beeline’s privacy policy here.

Stag Publications LTD will not share your personal information for marketing purposes or with external companies.

3. Marketing

We would like to send you information about our magazines, events, services and other companies in our group, which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time using the preference centre link at the bottom of each email we send.

You have the right to stop us from contacting you or using your information for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, you can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time via our subscription page or by using the link provided at the bottom of each email you receive.

4. Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the address shown at the end of this privacy policy. We may make a small £15 admin charge for this service.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You can edit your email preferences at any time using the preference centre that can be accessed via our subscription page or using the personalised link at the bottom of each email you receive.

For magazine subscriptions, please complete the carrier sheet that is sent with each new issue of our magazine(s) with any amended details or with an unsubscribe request, which you can then post to us or scan and send by email.

For online comments: Once posted, you cannot change or remove comments submitted on our website pages and/or posts. However, if you would like to have this information removed please contact us and we will do this for you.

5. Cookies
