200 EVs to be put to test in Spain

Dubbed Zem2All (Zero Emissions to All), the project brings together Spanish utility provider Endesa with Mitsubishi and will see an investment of €60m over four years.

Under the project, participants will test 200 vehicles while a total of 229 charging stations will be located in strategic points in the city. These will include 23 fast charge stations that will enable an 80% charge of the car's battery in less than 30 minutes. In addition, six V2G (vehicle to grid) charging stations will be installed and will enable electricity to be put back on the grid.

An in-depth study of the impact of these vehicles on the electricity grid will be carried out, with a phone number and website launched to offer information on the project.
