All-Electric Ford E-Transits on flexible leasing
200 pre-ordered All-Electric E-Transits are now starting to be be delivered to dealers, ready for customers to try on its Flexible Leasing solution.
The Flexible Leasing solution from Ford Fleet Management is an adaptable rental solution, aimed at those businesses that experience seasonal peaks, work on temporary projects or have flexible employee contracts.
The opportunity to take an All-Electric Ford E-Transit out for a flexible lease period of up to 3 years, allows customers to ‘try before they commit’ to electric vehicles, without being tied into a long-term leasing contract, whilst also avoiding standard early termination fees.
Not only do Ford Fleet Management customers have access to New Ford E-Transit and All-Electric Ford Mustang Mach-E on Flexible Leasing, but the portfolio also encompasses a range of Ford One-Stop Shop and QVM converted commercial vehicles to enable them to cater for all fleet customers, no matter their size or complexity.
The Ford Fleet Management Consultancy Team can work with customers to review current and future fleet requirements, ensuring everything is in place. This includes electric vehicle fleet policies, charging infrastructure and driver training, so that the adoption of the All-Electric New Ford E-Transit is as fluid as possible.
Ford Fleet Management’s managing director John Wright explained: “We are privileged to have some of the first New Ford E-Transit vehicles to land in the UK and have ring-fenced them for fleets to try over a period that allows a true evaluation of the van, but also the infrastructure and operational requirements of electric LCVs”.
Mandy Dean, commercial vehicle director, Ford of Britain & Ireland added: “Flexible Leasing the All-Electric Ford E-Transit offers customers a great opportunity to try out Battery Electric Vans to properly assess fit with business use, as well as understand how Ford Pro Services like E-Telematics and access to the Ford Charging Network can make the transition to electric really simple.”
