The Citroën Ami electric quadricycle is now available on personal contract purchase (PCP), priced from £19.99 per month over 24 months.

The Ami 100% ëlectric is available from £19.99 per month over 24 months on PCP

It’s the first retail consumer offer to be announced for the new mobility solution and follows last month’s reveal of pricing for the two-seater Ami 100% ëlectric and the My Ami Cargo light goods variant.

The PCP offer is subject to a customer deposit of £2,369, plus an optional final payment to purchase the vehicle at the end of the contract.

Customers who have already reserved an Ami 100% ëlectric or My Ami Cargo with a £250 refundable reservation fee can now push ahead with actual orders for delivery from later this summer. Those who have reserved are being given early access to Citroën’s online platform, where they can configure their Ami from one of the four versions available and added in colour packs.

They can then finalise their order by selecting either the PCP or cash purchase option, and choose whether to collect their Ami from their nearest approved delivery point or use of Citroën’s home delivery service for a small fee.

Citroën UK managing director Eurig Druce commented: “Having Ami in the UK is crucial, bringing our ‘Power to the People’ brand positioning to life – emphasising that Citroën offers every kind of electric for all kinds of people. To be able to offer a fun and fabulous all-electric urban transport solution like Ami for just £19.99 per month is something we are really proud of – it is another example of Citroën at its very best, delivering affordable electric mobility for all.”

All versions of Ami feature a 6kW electric motor, giving a top speed of 27.9mph and connected to a 5.5kWh battery that provide a range of over 46 miles (under WMTC testing). It can be charged in three hours from a home wallbox or a public charging point.
