EST and Go Ultra Low to map out local authority EV incentives

By / 6 years ago / UK News / No Comments

The Energy Saving Trust is asking local authorities to fill in a short survey that will be used to help map the different electric vehicle incentives on offer across the country to help drive EV uptake.

The survey will be used to help develop a map of local authority EV incentives across the country, such as free parking

The online portal, being developed in partnership with Go Ultra Low, will give users details of incentives in their local area, such as discounted parking for EVs, free charging, and access to bus lanes for ULEVs; encouraging both residents and businesses to make the switch to EVs.

Local authorities can lend their support by providing details of such incentives through the survey.
