Sponsored by EDF Energy, the forum provides an online platform for companies to discuss maximising the range and cost savings and offer advice to one another, supplemented by blogs and articles from stakeholders.

The EST also plans to hold webinars and ‘meet the expert’ sessions to help users answer any questions about new technology and where it might work on their fleet.  

Tim Anderson, the Energy Saving Trust’s senior knowledge manager, said: ‘There is a need to engage fleets on plug-in vehicles and our clients have requested a forum for learning and sharing best practice in this exciting field.

‘We are delighted to be able to provide an online community for fleet operators and the supply chain to help stimulate discussion about plug-in vehicles and how to increase their uptake in fleets across England.’
