High Performance For Hybrid 3 Series

By / 13 years ago / International News / No Comments

The ActiveHybrid 3 will be launched at the end of 2012 and, at a predicted 44.1mpg, will match the ActiveHybrid 5 on fuel consumption. It loses 90 litres of boot capacity compared to the conventional model while bettering its fuel economy by 12.5% and, in eDrive full electric mode, it will also offer a 2.5 mile range with no tailpipe emissions.

Hybrid models will be marked out by subtle badging on the C pillar, and unique turbine-style alloy wheels. Prices have yet to be announced.
