ITM Power to run hydrogen fleet user workshops

The events are being run in response to last week’s launch of the £2m FCEV Fleet Support Scheme, which will provide public and private sector fleets with up to 75% off the cost of zero-emission fuel cell electric vehicles bought by next April 2017, as well as the cost of running them for up to three years.

The ITM Power road tour is organised in collaboration with Toyota, Hyundai, Arcola Energy, Symbio FC and GreenTomatoCars.

The tour will start on Monday 23 May at the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in Rotherham for the first Fleet User Workshop where fleet managers can test drive the Toyota Mirai, the Hyundai ix35 FC and a Symbio FC van.

The road tour will then move to the following locations listed below, ending on 26 May.

The OLEV call workshop will be on Friday 27 May at the Department for Transport, London and OLEV will also be presenting at an additional workshop, organised by Sheffield City Council in Rotherham on Monday 23 May. The road tour will also be visiting London’s first LoCity Annual Conference.
