Jaguar teases upcoming Design Vision Concept

Jaguar has issued a teaser image of its Design Vision Concept ahead of its debut next month.

The image shows the concept’s rear details

Released on the brand’s X account, the image shows rear details of the concept and indicates that it will dispense with a rear window and get a Polestar 4-style HD rear-view camera, along with “bold forms and exuberant proportions”.

Debuting on 2 December at Miami Art Week, the concept is the “next stage in the transformation of Jaguar” as an ultra-luxury electric-only brand and debuts the Exuberant Modernism design philosophy that will “inspire future vehicles”.

The image is accompanied by the same ‘Copy nothing’ slogan, which was the ethos of founder Sir William Lyons and was also used for the unveiling this week of the new brand identity, logo and a reimagined version of the Jaguar ‘leaper’.

Jaguar is pushing ahead with a bold relaunch that’s seen a strategic sunset of the existing range with the cessation of sales for a year ahead of the arrival of three new cars in 2026 in a ground-up reinvention.

The fully electric GT is one of three new-era Jaguars due in 2026

These include a four-door GT model that was previewed in camouflaged form last week.

Undergoing testing on British roads, it’s built on a new ‘JEA’ EV-only long-wheelbase platform consigned to Jaguars and will deliver more than 575hp along with a range of over 430 miles and expected pricing of around £100,000.

The trio of new-era EVs are also expected to include a large luxury saloon and an SUV.
