The car will be based out of the company’s headquarters in High Wycombe, where it will be charged from a newly installed charging point.

KeeResources, which employs 50 people, said it plans to use the car to visit clients close to its headquarters, as well as taking it on business trips into London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

Denis Keenan, managing director of KeeResources, said: ‘We are well placed to serve our motor industry customers from our offices in High Wycombe and Basingstoke, and most journeys can be undertaken within the LEAF’s 100-plus mile range.

‘The Nissan LEAF makes sound business sense for us as a company – its low running costs speak for themselves, but with five doors, a high level of specification and a spacious load area it provides us with a practical working vehicle that is actually a pleasure to drive.’
