King of Jordan places record Renault ZOE order

Agreed during the World Economic Forum on the Middle East, the cars will be 100% powered by solar panels installed on royal property and are set to be delivered by the end of the year. Further orders are possible.

It follows an announcement made during the Forum that the King of Jordan would convert the Court’s entire fleet to electric vehicles and bolster its use of solar power, aiming to make the Jordanian realm more energy-independent.
