The partnership will help fleets deal with the admin and compliance around charging a company car at home and how the bill is paid

Mina’s EV charging solution already allows businesses to easily pay for their employees’ EV charging costs on a single invoice, whether they charge at home or on the road; the technology took the Great British Fleet Awards’ 2021 Innovation in Electric Vehicles title for its work to simplify EV charging reimbursement.

It’s now being integrated with Traxmiles, Innovation’s business mileage capture system, thereby further streamlining the process of capturing drivers’ mileage.

The partnership means that businesses can benefit from both the latest mileage capture technology and from eliminating the hassles of managing employee’s home energy charging costs – further helping to simplify EV take-up and operation by fleets.

Mark Gainford, head of sales & marketing for Innovation, commented: “We are very excited to be working with Mina and their unique approach to managing EV charging payments – we know this will remove one of the biggest issues facing companies and their drivers as they try to successfully transition to electric cars, namely; the administration and compliance around charging a company car at home and how the bill is paid.”
