Mina and Vanarama join forces on complete EV charging solution

Vanarama is working with EV charging specialist Mina to ensure its electric lease customers benefit from a complete EV charging solution.

Vanarama EV customers can power their vehicle at home for free for the first three months when they sign up to a 24-month subscription with Mina

Vanarama already offers its customers a free charge point installation in their home and, under the latest deal with Mina, customers can now also pay a fixed monthly fee for their EV home energy costs and get access to thousands of public charging stations, all on a single bill.

And an initial launch offer means EV drivers can power their vehicle at home for free for the first three months when they sign up to a 24-month subscription.

Chris Dalrymple, co-founder of Mina, said: “I think it goes without saying how excited we are to be working with a brand like Vanarama. Through this partnership we’re offering a brilliant service to EV drivers, where they can pay a fixed monthly amount to get a shiny new EV on their driveway, and all the energy they need to keep the battery topped up. It’s brilliantly simple, and unique in the market.”

The partnership is particularly aimed at SMEs making the switch to electric vehicles, who can benefit from easy forecasting of EV ownership costs, a reduction in administration thanks to the lack of requirement for expense claims for home energy charging costs, and easy reclaim of VAT.

Paul Kirby, Vanarama’s head of electric vehicles, said: “One of our core values is ‘If it’s right for our customers it is right for us’ and this offer is fully aligned to this!”
