Myenergi announces leadership changes as co-founder steps down
EV solutions firm Myenergi has announced the appointment of Andrew Clint as group CEO with immediate effect.
Clint brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in international businesses, having worked with many technology organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North America and the Far East.
Peter Richardson, current executive chairman, said the board were delighted to have found somebody with Clint’s experience and talents, and added that he would bring significant leadership value to the organisation.
Clint commented: “I am delighted to be joining the talented team at Myenergi to lead this successful international business into the next chapter of growth, through a relentless focus on delivery. By adding to Myenergi’s current product line-up, we will make it simple, effective and efficient for our customers in new and existing markets across the UK, Europe and Australasia to unlock the full potential of their energy transformations.”
Myenergi also announced that Jordan Brompton, who founded the business with CPO Lee Sutton and is currently chief marketing officer, is stepping down to pursue the next chapter in her career path.
Brompton will give up her executive role within the business, but will remain on the board as a company director and an important shareholder.
She commented: “It’s been a remarkable eight years with true moments of magic and certainly also challenges, like any business, especially as the market shifts and grows. I am so proud of what we’ve achieved as a team.
“I’m delighted to still be supporting the business as a shareholder and look forward to continuing my work with the board. I welcome Andrew to our business and look forward to watching him lead this next stage of growth alongside Lee and the team.”
