Robinson, who is an EV driver herself, has held the OZEV role since November 2016 and was named by LeasePlan as the number one inspirational leader in the EV market in its 2021 honours list.

Alongside Katie Black and Gary Cook, she heads up the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles, which operates as a joint unit between the Department for Transport and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in the UK government.

At the Great British Fleet Event – which takes place on 29 March 2022 at Novotel London West in Hammersmith – Robinson will speak on ‘Decarbonising the Fleet’, including the challenge of moving fleets to EVs, the Government’s incentives to support this and its work on new regulations on charge points, ensuring it’s easier and simpler for people to go electric.

Robinson is one of a growing number of Masterclass speakers confirmed for the show – which is set to be the fleet event of the year. (See latest announcements here).

Other highlights of the Great British Fleet Event include a buzzing exhibition section that will enable visitors to discuss their own challenges and find the latest solutions.

And in the afternoon, the prestigious Great British Fleet Awards will reveal the fleet managers, service firms and manufacturers at the forefront of the sector.
