Philippe Wahl, chairman and chief executive officer of La Poste group, and Carlos Ghosn, chairman and chief executive officer of the Renault group, signed the official co-operation agreement today as the vehicle was handed over.

The two companies are to share information from real-world trials, such as the Kangoo Z.E. vans with hydrogen range extenders La Poste is already testing, and will work together to develop urban logistics solutions and alternative fuel mail vans.

La Poste is the largest fleet operator in France, with a fleet of 69,000 vehicles across the country and ongoing use of alternative fuel technologies from electric bikes through to compact commercial vehicles.
