Renault Twizy joins Domino's Pizza delivery fleet

Based out of the franchise in Old Town’s High Street, Domino’s delivers until 5am all over the city, so the electric vehicle’s silent running allows it to nip around residential areas at any time of night without waking the neighbours. Zero road tax and fuel bills and the contribution to company-wide CO2 emissions were also attractive.

James Swift, owner of Domino’s in Swindon, said: ‘We are extremely happy with our Twizys as for us they are the perfect run around for delivering our pizzas quickly, responsibly and most importantly with minimal running costs. They are quite a head turner too, so it creates a great buzz for us as we like to do things differently.’

Jason Derry, Pro+ Manager at Fish Brothers Renault who supplied the Twizy twins, added: 'Domino’s is a great example of an established and popular local company and we were glad to be able to offer them something a bit different. The Twizy has stirred up a huge amount of interest since it has arrived, so it will be great to see them driving round Swindon in their distinctive livery.'
