Suzuki Swace hybrid estate gets more technology as standard

Suzuki’s Swace fully hybrid estate has gained extra technology as standard in a latest update.

The Suzuki Swace gets larger displays and extra safety tech

The family car, which is a rebadged version of the Toyota Corolla Touring Sports, received powertrain and equipment upgrades last year and the latest upgrades beef up the proposition further.

Safety technology revisions deliver intelligent speed assistance as standard for both the entry-level Motion and Ultra grades, supporting new vehicle safety regulations from July. The technology audibly informs the driver to change the vehicle speed when the road speed limit changes as recognised by the traffic sign recognition system.

The top-level Ultra grade also now gets navigation as standard and a new larger driver display, up from 7.0 to 12.3 inches. The infotainment screen has also increased in size from 8.0 to 10.5 inches.

The fully hybrid powertrain is carried over following last year’s performance update and delivers a combined 140hp of power, along with fuel economy of up to 62.7mpg and CO2 emissions of 102g/km.

The Swace also comes with up to seven years of warranty.
