XPO Logistics has launched a salary sacrifice scheme for its UK colleagues in partnership with Arval.

The sal-sac scheme provides XPO Logistics staff with competitively priced leasing options for EVs and hybrids

The scheme provides staff with significant discounts on full electric vehicles and hybrids through National Insurance and income tax savings, helping them go electric for less. It also contributes to XPO Logistics’ sustainability goals, supporting its commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050.

The programme is open to all permanent XPO Logistics colleagues aged 19 or over who have completed at least six months of continuous service with the firm.

XPO’s initiative combines substantial tax and NI savings with inclusive insurance and maintenance packages that the firm says makes it a leader in employee benefits.

Lynn Brown, vice president, human resources – UK and Ireland, XPO Logistics, said: “Through this scheme, we reaffirm our commitment to employee welfare and the environment. We provide solutions that simultaneously benefit our team and the planet. This initiative reflects our core values of innovation, people focus and sustainability in action at XPO Logistics.”
