Compiled by Next Green Car, the Zap Map is a regularly updated database containing the locations of over 2,250 public charging points located throughout the UK.

The map shows a network of over 1,600 'slow' chargers, capable of restoring a flat battery to full charge in six to eight hours. There are also 400 ‘fast’ chargers, which do so in four hours and now make up most of the new installations, and 35 ‘rapid’ charging posts which can top up to 80% charge in 30 minutes.
