ZeroMission webinar to discuss real cost of electric vehicles

EV fleet management specialist ZeroMission is hosting a webinar to discuss the challenges of fleet electrification and provide more detail behind some of the latest EV headlines.

The ZeroMission webinar will look at the real costs of electric vehicles and how to manage them effectively

The session takes place on Tuesday 4 March at 3.00pm GMT and will see the firm’s team of industry veterans share critical insights into the real cost of electric commercial vehicles and outline effective strategies for simplifying the transition to a zero-emission operation.

An expert panel – including the company’s director of sales Europe, Brenda Shanahan, and head of product, Kevin Christopher – will explore how fleets can manage their EV journey, with particular focus on how best to optimise efficiency and ultimately reduce the total cost of ownership.

Free to attend, it’s aimed at those responsible for managing, financing, planning, or procuring zero-emission transport technologies. ZeroMission will also host a second webinar the following day for anyone unable to make the first session and is planning further events over the coming months that will focus on key issues impacting EV fleet management.

Leah O’Dwyer, CEO of ZeroMission, said: “Organisations are facing huge pressure to transition to a zero-emission fleet, but EVs are a very different proposition to traditionally fuelled vehicles, so how do they make the right investment, planning, operational and technology decisions?

“There is also diesel parity – ensuring that the cost of operating an EV over its total lifecycle are at least comparable, if not better, than existing ICE vehicles – which is a very real issue for fleet operators. We will be delving into these topics, amongst others, during our industry webinar.”
