Magna E-Car opens new EV and HEV component factory
The 66,000sq.ft facility will have roughly 95 employees making motors, inverters and electronic powertrain controllers for the Ford Focus Electric, inverters for the Fisker Karma and assorted components for other global customers.

The manufacturer is formed from a partnership between Magna International and the Stronach Group, and has two facilities in North America and two in Europe with approximately 700 employees between them.
