Fleet drivers with U.S. Bank’s Voyager Network Fleet Card can now use the card to pay for electric vehicle charging through ChargePoint.

U.S. Bank’s Voyager Network Fleet Card users can now pay for charging through ChargePoint.

The fuel card is already accepted at more than 320,000 fuelling, maintenance and service locations and the deal, said to be a first for a US charging network, will give drivers access to around 30,000 charging stations from this summer.

Drivers will need a ChargePoint RFID card to unlock a charging station. They will be able to use their Voyager fleet card to pay for any or track any charges or transactions. Charges are set by the station owner so prices will vary but many Level 2 stations are free to drivers within predetermined time frames.
