Chinese electric van brand Farizon will pull the wraps off its new V7E medium electric van at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show, targeting urban fleets.

Joining the SV large van launched last year from the Geely-owned van company, the new Farizon V7E will offer claimed class-leading cargo capacity, payload and range, on a “city-optimised” electric platform and a design that prioritises efficiency and ease-of-use.
For now, we only have a teaser image but, as with the SV, the new van is developed using Farizon’s ‘born electric’ concept, designed and engineered from the ground up specifically as an electric vehicle.
Developed specifically for the rapidly expanding urban logistics market, it will provide city-friendly agility and a class-leading capacity and payload that will be ideal for urban logistics, Farizon tells us.
It also “delivers the nimble agility drivers need in tight city streets” along with distinctive styling that includes striking LED ‘tomahawk’ headlights.
Tech details will be revealed at the CV Show on 21 April but Farizon says the V7E will be available with a choice of two batteries and “will travel further than similarly specified rivals”.
As with the larger SV, the V7E will also be loaded with convenience, safety and connectivity features.
Full details of the Farizon V7E, including pricing and availability, will be uncovered at the CV Show.
