By / 11 years ago / International News / No Comments

Open on weekdays between midday and 7pm, the store will allow customers to subscribe to the service and collect their badge. Designed to be as flexible as possible, the shared vehicles can be left anywhere once the loan is complete.

The store follows a four and a half month trial, in which 92% of participants said they’d enjoyed using the service, finding it convenient for short trips and avoiding parking costs. Renault has also launched a web app for smartphone users, which allows vehicles to be reserved on the move.

Thierry Viadieu, head of the Mobility Services and Cross-Functional Equipment Program, said: ‘On the basis of this experience and in line with its innovative strategy on mobility, Renault is looking to launch Twizy Way by Renault in other towns and address other targets, including employees at companies.’
