Škoda has revealed exterior sketches of its all-new electric seven-seater Peaq ahead of its world premiere later this month.

The new sketches offer a glimpse of its clean lines and characterful design, which follows the Czech brand’s Modern Solid principles.

Due to launch after the summer, the Peaq delivers a new range-topper for Škoda’s EV line-up, sitting above the upcoming Epiq as well as the Elroq and Enyaq, playing a key role in doubling the company’s electric model range in 2026.

Drawing on the Vision 7S concept shown in 2022, the new flagship SUV’s visual presence is defined by clearly defined surfaces, precise lines and distinctive lighting elements.

Karl Neuhold, head of exterior design at Škoda Auto, said: “In designing the exterior of the Škoda Peaq, we consistently applied the Modern Solid design language, combining clean lines, balanced proportions and distinctive elements. Precisely sculpted surfaces and clearly structured details create a confident, timeless presence, while signature features such as the T-shaped headlights and Tech-Deck Face express Škoda’s identity in a new electric era.”

The front-end is marked out by slender T-shaped headlights, a gloss-black Tech-Deck Face and a connecting element between them that forms a distinctive, frame-like loop motif. The Peaq also gets a volcano-shaped bumper, with a pronounced lower contour and clearly defined horizontal line.

The side view features a high shoulder line and wide D-pillars, emphasising the vehicle’s strong stance. The structured surfaces further underline its bold proportions. The sketches also highlight flush door handles seamlessly integrated into the bodywork.

The rear mirrors the front design, with T-shaped tail-lights and a connecting element forming the same loop motif. This distinct visual design sets the Peaq apart while ensuring instant brand recognition.

The interior is yet to be revealed but Škoda says it will come with a wide array of comfort and relaxation features that make it a “lounge on wheels”.

The brand’s largest model yet, the Peaq comes with 299 litres of boot space or 890 litres with the third row of seats folded down. An additional 37­-litre frunk further expands the luggage capacity, and the Peaq is also topped off with the largest panoramic roof ever in a Škoda.

Three powertrain variants will be available – the 60, 90 and 90x. These will deliver power ranging from 204hp to 299hp. The 90 and 90x variants offer the headline range of more than 600km and can be charged from 10 to 80% capacity via DC fast charging in 28 minutes. The 60 variant cuts this to 27 minutes.

The world premiere of the Škoda Peaq will take place in Monnetier-Mornex, France, on 23 June 2026.
