Uniti One three-seat electric city car to cost from £15,100

A new three-seat electric city car that’s intended to bring affordable and sustainable mobility is now available to order in the UK, priced from £15,100 (including the Plug-in Car Grant).

The Uniti One is now available to order in the UK and Sweden

The Swiss-designed and UK-engineered Uniti One has been designed to bring a compact footprint that provides room for three while offering boot space of 155 litres, rising to 760 litres with the rear seats folded flat, and a kerb weight of just 600kg.

A 68hp motor drives the rear wheels and brings a 0-62mph time of 9.9 seconds and a top speed of 75mph.

The lithium-ion battery is offered in a choice of two sizes – 12kWh or 24kWh – offering ranges of 83 and 186 miles respectively. Charging from 20% to 80% capacity can be carried out in 17 minutes with a 50kW CCS charger on the 24kWh battery, falling to nine minutes for the 12kWh capacity.

Orders are open now to buyers in northern Europe, with customers placing an order before the end of November 2019 securing a place in Uniti’s exclusive ‘Founders Club’. This gives them access to exclusive benefits, including free software upgrades and enhancements for life.

First deliveries are planned in Sweden and the UK for mid-2020 ahead of launches in other markets.
