Vivialys Groupe deploys 39 Toyota hybrids in France

The Group is best known in France under its brands Carré de l’Habitat, Trianon Résidences et Maisons Stéphane Berger and operates around two pillars: the construction of individual houses and property development. Vivialys has an annual turnover of over €100m and has 240 employees.

The Group fleet currently represents 130 vehicles, of which 80 are dedicated to property development.

"A global innovation plan was recently introduced into the business with many aspects related to driving and vehicles. The integration of 39 hybrid vehicles in the fleet, currently reserved for the real estate development division, is part of this major program,” said Philippe Rauch, brand CEO of Carré de l’Habitat.

Mr Rauch added that eco driver training provided by Toyota will help improve the vehicle’s eco credentials.

He added: "By the first quarter of 2016, three quarters of the fleet will be hybrid. The objective is that the entire park is composed of clean vehicles! This as part of a vast responsible purchasing program undertaken by the group.”
