Connected vehicle data expert Volteras will join the upcoming BVRLA Fleets in Charge Conference as a sponsor, highlighting EV charging and battery health.

BVRLA members now manage more than 750,000 EVs in total, and battery state of health (SOH) is becoming an increasingly important consideration for fleets, particularly when it comes to residual values and building confidence in the used EV market.

The BVRLA Fleets in Charge Conference takes place on 1 July at IET London: Savoy Place, bringing together industry experts and policymakers to discuss the latest developments impacting the sector.

At the event, Volteras will showcase how its connected vehicle data can help fleets access more insights into battery performance, charging behaviour and overall vehicle efficiency without the need for aftermarket hardware.

Providing OEM-grade access to vehicle data directly from manufacturers, Volteras enables fleet operators and leasing companies to monitor charging activity, battery SOH, and real-time location data and odometer readings through a single integrated platform.

Recent analysis by Volteras found that EVs sold at auction with an SOH certificate generated higher levels of buyer engagement, with an increase in advert views, more bids and a greater number of unique bidders than the same cars sold without a certificate.
