Jurni Leasing, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent vehicle leasing, fleet management and maintenance brokers, has acquired EV leasing firm DriveElectric for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition will help drive fleet electrification in the UK by offering “more affordable, clear, practical leasing and salary sacrifice solutions for individuals, businesses and large fleets”.

Jurni said the acquisition brings leasing, consultancy and digital tools together in one framework – helping businesses and drivers make confident, informed choices on their switch to electric.

The deal combines Jurni’s national scale and digital strength with DriveElectric’s specialist EV expertise and customer-first approach. Together, the businesses will create a stronger platform to make electric driving simpler, more practical and accessible across the UK.

Founded in 2008, DriveElectric works to support businesses and individuals with impartial leasing and fleet management, a wide choice of pure electric vehicles, home charging solutions and expert advice to guide them on their journey to net zero. The company also develops innovative projects to make EV adoption easier and promote sustainable transport, from flexible leasing models to integrated charging schemes. This includes a recent project to trial AC workplace charging, rather than DC, to cut costs.

Jurni emphasised that customers would continue to access DriveElectric’s specialist EV support, as well as benefiting from a bigger team.
