U.S. Blink charging network targets fleets

Introduced based on feedback, hoped that the data will enable fleet owners to track frequency of charging, energy consumption and driving trends using the charging point.

Michael D. Farkas, founder and chief executive officer of CarCharging, which owns and operates the network, said: "Based on the feedback provided to us by station hosts that are fleet managers, we knew that it was imperative to increase the flexibility of the features available on the Blink Network. By incorporating the odometer value from fleet drivers at the time of each charging session, fleet managers now have valuable data at their fingertips."
