Bradshaw Electric Vehicles will extend its growing waste management vehicle portfolio under a major new announcement planned for next week.

The firm has struck a distribution agreement with a leading waste collection brand, which will offer 100% electric, pedestrian-operated street vacuum cleaners designed to collect urban and industrial waste.

The new vehicle range will complement Bradshaw’s existing offering, with the firm currently acting as the sole distributor for the Goupil utility vehicle range in the UK, renowned for its adaptability in both waste collection and urban logistics operations.

The new model will be unveiled alongside Bradshaw’s new RCV Goupil range at the upcoming RMW Expo at Birmingham’s NEC later this month where the company will also showcase its new RCV Goupil G4 and pedestrian-controlled PFB1500.

Both vehicles within the RCV range are all-electric, compact and agile vehicles, designed for urban waste collection, offering various body configurations such as high-tip, bin lift, compaction arms and food waste collection options for confined and pedestrian areas.

The Goupil range, part of the Polaris Group, continues to gain traction across public and private sectors, particularly for waste collection and street-cleansing applications, driven by the growing need for zero-emission, highly manoeuvrable vehicles in congested and pedestrianised environments.

Labassi also gave an update on the RCV range, which launched earlier this year and will also be showcased on the firm’s stand at the RMW Expo.
