CA Auto Finance has partnered with smart charging innovator Easee to launch a fully integrated, finance-ready home charging solution tailored specifically for the used EV market.
The finance package includes an Easee home charger and professional installation alongside the vehicle
The partnership bundles the vehicle, an Easee One 7.4kW home charger and professional installation into a single finance package.
The solution means customers buying a used EV can now include their home charging setup into their monthly car finance payment.
Latest figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) show demand for used battery electric cars (BEVs) is rising fast. In the third quarter of 2025, BEV uptake grew faster than any other powertrain – up 44.4% to 80,614 units, as one in 25 buyers made the switch for a record market share of 4.0%.
CA Auto Finance’s latest research shows that over 50% of UK drivers are likely or very likely to choose an EV as their next vehicle. Yet most used EVs don’t come with a charger, and more than a third (37%) of current EV drivers cite poor charging access as a top concern.
With an Easee One, drivers benefit from a powerful 7.4kW electric car charger, developed specifically for the UK domestic market which automatically updates with the latest software as soon as it becomes available. It will also be delivered alongside the vehicle, thanks to rapid scheduling and digital smart-home surveys that fast-track the process.
Christian Gorton, marketing director at CA Auto Finance, said: “With this partnership, we’re removing complexity and giving customers the confidence to go electric.
“Used EV buyers deserve the same level of convenience and support as new car buyers – and that starts with home charging. We’re proud to be enabling a more financially accessible, sustainable future.”
Sam Levy, regional sales director UK & Ireland at Easee, added: “Together with CA Auto Finance, we’re removing the barriers that hold people back from choosing an EV. It’s all about making home charging easy and affordable, right from the moment you pick up the car – no separate quotes, no delays, just one simple monthly payment for everything.”
