Priced from £39,995 OTR, the new Origin starter specification significantly slashes the entry point for the line-up, complemented by recent price reductions across the rest of the range.

The updated line-up now spans five trim levels – Origin, V1, V2, VZ and VZ Extreme. Customers also have a choice of three powertrain options to balance performance, specification and range priorities. The new 58kWh 190hp specification is available on Origin, V1 and V2 and sits alongside the existing 77kWh 286hp and 340hp powertrains.

In the case of the new Origin trim, standard equipment includes 19-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats and a 15-inch central infotainment display.

New technology includes a Mobile Device Key (from V1 upwards), vehicle-to-load capability (V2L, from V1), Launch Control (VZ) and Sennheiser Contrabass (from V2).

Every Tavascan features a 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit, Android-powered infotainment and intelligent climate control.

Existing models also retain a price cut of up to £1,600, introduced on 1 July. The Tavascan V1 (77kWh, 286hp) starts at £45,750 OTR, while the high-performance VZ and VZ Extreme models drop to £54,930 and £59,830 respectively, representing savings of over £1,000.
