Pendragon Vehicle Management (PVM) hosted a two-day Electric Vehicle (EV) ‘Drive Out’ event earlier this month as part of its newly launched salary sacrifice scheme.
Clients attending the event included Worcester Bosch, Cadence, Pod and Targa Telematics
Attended by clients including Worcester Bosch, Cadence, Pod and Targa Telematics, the two-day initiative highlighted the real-world capability and potential of EVs to clients and colleagues of the new sal-sac solution.
Participants followed a pre-planned scenic route, visiting iconic locations across the Peak District. Guests were tasked with completing a series of challenges along the way, alongside the opportunity to get hands-on with a range of vehicles and experience the intricacies and benefits of EVs.
Throughout the event, experts from the Pendragon Vehicle Management team were on hand to answer questions on a range of pertinent topics, including EV performance, fleet transition strategies and much more.
Vehicles featured in the event included brands such as Porsche, BMW, Audi, Dacia, Renault, Ford, BYD, Mini and more, demonstrating the diversity and scope of PVM’s offering.

Phil Wilbraham, Pendragon Vehicle Management’s managing director, said: “We have had fantastic feedback following the event, with attendees appreciating the opportunity to get hands-on with the vehicles and spend time with our team. It’s one thing to talk about the potential of individual EVs or even an entire fleet of vehicles, but getting behind the wheel and experiencing those benefits first-hand really drives home the benefits.
“One of the key aspects of this event, was the participation of our team. It’s important to us that our colleagues who are working on the delivery and day-to-day management of this scheme for our clients, fully understand their fleet and are in the best possible position to assist. Thank you to everyone who attended, and we look forward to hosting similar events in the future.”

Worcester Bosch fleet services manager Ade Thomas, who was at the event, said: “Driving several different cars in a relatively short space of time was a great way to compare manufacturers. We really enjoyed having the opportunity to spend time with some of our key contacts from Pendragon Vehicle Management, in a more social setting.”
Multiple current clients have now onboarded PVM’s scheme, which went live last month, and further growth is expected in the coming weeks.
David Jackson, commercial director at Pendragon Vehicle Management, commented: “As our newly launched Salary Sacrifice Scheme begins to roll out to the market, we’re really keen to explore new and exciting in which to engage with our existing and prospective customers. This type of event allows us to showcase the personality of our business, whilst also demonstrating the commercial and operational benefits that our team can deliver.”
