Plug Charging has acquired electric vehicle charge point operations from The Pilot Group, marking a major milestone in the company’s expansion.
The acquisition covers 250 charging points and will enable Plug Charging to further scale its operations
The acquisition covers 250 charging points and brings together two complementary businesses in the electric vehicle sector, combining Plug Charging’s expanding network and data-driven management platform with The Pilot Group’s developments in the electric car charging space.
Founded in Cardiff, Plug Charging supports businesses, local authorities and fleet operators to make the switch to electric with tailored, scalable charging solutions.
The acquisition of Pilot Group’s charge point operations will enable Plug Charging to scale its operations, broaden its technical capabilities and accelerate the rollout of innovative charging technologies.
