Rightcharge debuts brand refresh and Transparency Promise

Rightcharge, the EV fleet charging payments platform, has launched an updated brand, new website and a clear set of operating principles as it pledges to bring transparency into the charge card sector.

Rightcharge has formally launched its ‘Transparency Promise’

The brand refresh is built on the three simple principles of Transparency, Speed and Helpfulness, alongside a commitment to clear, jargon-free communication.

Rightcharge said it was doubling down on the positive practices it has used from the start, in contrast to an industry that “often complicates things with confusing contracts and slow technology”.

The EV charging payments specialist has also formally launched its ‘Transparency Promise’; a public pledge that reinforces its long-standing policy of never adding hidden margins or secret fees to charging prices.

Rightcharge said the updates reflects its growth into a major fleet partner, supported by a 100% customer retention rate.

Charlie Cook, CEO of Rightcharge, explained: “Fleets don’t need more confusion. They need a partner they can trust to get the job done. Our refresh isn’t a change in direction; it is a clear statement of who we already are.

“We built this business on the belief that being open about costs and easy to deal with is the only way to operate. We have never hidden fees and we don’t use confusing language. This brand refresh makes that promise visible. It confirms to our customers that we work honestly and quickly. That’s here to stay.”
