Rightcharge, a leading EV charging payment platform, has partnered with Cord Power Technologies to deliver seamless home charging integration for UK fleets.
The collaboration fully integrates Cord’s smart EV chargers with Rightcharge’s fleet payment platform, giving fleets enhanced options for managing employee home charging, streamlining reimbursements and ensuring accurate cost tracking.
The integration complements Rightcharge’s existing ecosystem of charger, energy supplier and vehicle connections and gives fleets and drivers an additional hardware option, ensuring reliable reimbursement data is captured directly from smart chargers.
Cord’s devices, featuring dual WiFi and 4G connectivity, are designed for precise data tracking, eliminating manual expense claims and solving connectivity dropouts.
The devices deliver 7.4kW charging with extended warranties of up to five years, backed by quick installations that are often within two weeks, and 90% standard setups requiring no major electrical upgrades, which is ideal for rapid fleet rollouts.
Cord’s chargers are also equipped for solar and home battery readiness, allowing for future-proof energy optimisation that aligns with corporate sustainability goals.
The integration delivers immediate benefits for all Rightcharge users. Fleet managers can offer Cord chargers, knowing all charging data feeds directly into one unified Rightcharge dashboard alongside public and workplace charging. The hardware–software integration also creates a foundation for more advanced energy management, such as optimising charging based on time-of-use tariffs or home solar generation.
