Through 2028 the RAC will continue to operate a network of Mercedes-Benz-branded mobile technicians, all equipped with specialist Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment, to support Mercedes-Benz customers wherever they are in the UK, whenever they require assistance.

All new Mercedes-Benz models come with comprehensive and complimentary UK and European roadside assistance coverage for three years from the date of registration. This coverage is automatically extended for a year, up to a maximum of 30 years, upon completion of a service by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

Mercedes-Benz Approved Used cars benefit from 12 months roadside assistance coverage, which is again extended upon completion of a service by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.
