Zapgo has opened a new ultra-rapid EV charging hub at the Stanley Club in Burscough, Lancashire.

The new site features two 200kW chargers, delivering ultra-rapid charging to four bays, including two fully accessible bays. The site also features 24-hour CCTV, new lighting and easy-to-use contactless payments.

Zapgo is also providing £10,000 of funding to the Stanley Club to facilitate the delivery of essential building renovations and upgrades.

This upfront funding, in addition to revenue share generated from every charge, will help the club to continue to serve as a vital community space for its members and visitors well into the future.

The new site at the Stanley Club follows the recent launch of a Zapgo rapid EV charging site at Tesco Express in Lochmaben, Lockerbie. Both locations reflect Zapgo’s mission to expanding access to EV charging to places that need it most.
