Nissan’s Karl Anders to head up innogy eMobility UK

German EV charging technology provider innogy eMobility Solutions GmbH is driving the expansion of its UK subsidiary under a new appointment.

The firm, which provides eMobility hardware and software, founded innogy eMobility UK in the UK last year and has now named Karl Anders as its MD.

Anders most recently worked for Nissan Motor GB as its national EV manager – corporate sales, and has also held roles as fleet consultant at the Energy Saving Trust and fleet positions at GM and Inchcape UK.

Stefan von Dobschütz, CCO of innogy eMobility Solutions GmbH, said: “I am very pleased to have secured an acknowledged expert in the British electric vehicle sector as our managing director. With his excellent networks and extensive experience, he is well placed to expand the growth of our eMobility business in the United Kingdom. With Karl at the helm and our innovative solutions, we can now hit the ground running in the UK.”
