Raw Charging and Landsec are launching the UK’s largest destination EV hub as part of a £24.5m nationwide expansion.

The partnership will deliver 1,000 new charging bays – spanning 554 AC fast chargers and 446 DC rapid chargers – across 28 Landsec destinations, including Bluewater, Gunwharf Quays, White Rose Shopping Centre and Brighton Marina, with some installations already complete.

Raw Charging’s network is already available at popular destinations including the National Trust, Legoland Windsor, Alton Towers, McArthurGlen Designer Outlets and several leading hotel groups.

The expansion to its infrastructure will meet growing customer demands while helping retailers and landlords drive footfall, engagement and revenue.

The 20-year partnership will also include a major replace and upgrade programme, modernising legacy charging infrastructure. These upgrades are expected to improve charge time, with some chargers charging a vehicle within an onsite time of 30 mins to 1.5 hours.

The network is fully accessible via contactless payment and all major EV charging apps.
