Fleets looking to get early insights on the Mazda6e should head to this April’s Great British Fleet Event, where the Mazda6’s all-electric successor will be on display.
Arriving in showrooms in summer 2026 priced from £38,995, the Mazda6e is a stylish and practical electric hatchback with a fastback saloon style – and fleets attending GBFE 2026 in Milton Keynes on 16 April will be able to check it out ahead of its UK launch.
Created for drivers who value advanced technologies paired with Japanese aesthetics, it delivers high levels of craftsmanship, innovation and performance, paired with ultra-efficient EV running.
It’s also an excellent choice for company fleets thanks to competitive pricing, low total cost of ownership and driver satisfaction.
Designed under the concept of ‘Electrifying Design Crafted to Perfection’, the Mazda6e introduces the next evolution of the Japanese brand’s ‘Kodo: Soul of Motion’ design philosophy.
Its sleek looks deliver a coupé silhouette and incorporate many striking features such as frameless doors, bold lighting signatures both front and back, integrated door handles, long parallel lines down the sides, light catching effect of the lower door shapes and an electronically extendable rear spoiler that enhances stability at speed.
This is teamed up with the full functionality of a five-door hatchback and up to 366 litres of luggage space. Plus, a 72-litre storage compartment under the bonnet keeps charging cables or weekend bags neatly tucked away.
Its dynamic design is matched by excellent driving dynamics, with precise handling and smooth, confident control behind the wheel. The Mazda6e also boasts a braked towing capacity of up to 1,500kg.
The UK-specification Mazda6e features a 78kWh LFP battery, delivering a 348-mile combined range.
The interior is designed for sophisticated simplicity. Inspired by the Japanese concept of ‘Ma’, which emphasises the beauty of space, it features a floating centre console and instrument panel to enhance this sense of lightness. High levels of craftsmanship enhance the interior look and feel.
The minimalist cabin also incorporates advanced technologies, from the panoramic roof and 360-degree camera system with See Through View, through to augmented reality head-up display, 14.6-inch touchscreen, 10.2-inch driver display, voice and gesture control, 14-speaker Sony audio system, 64 colour ambient lighting and tri-zone climate control.
Drivers are also fully connected with the ‘Mazda6e App’, giving Bluetooth key and vehicle sharing, real-time vehicle status, remote climate control, charging management.
Safety is also a core focus; the Mazda6e offers a full spectrum of advanced safety technology, delivering rear collision warning, smart brake support, lane keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring and more. Along with a high-strength steel cage structure and a robust protective casing for the battery, it all adds up to a five-star Euro NCAP score and optimum safety for fleets.
Businesses also benefit from the brand’s new, extended six-year/100,000-mile warranty, available on all new Mazda models.
Other highlights of the show include an extensive exhibition section with an array of leading-edge fleet solutions and the Masterclass conference programme of talks from industry experts.
